At Lach Coaching LLC, we are committed to delivering transformational tools and coaching experiences rooted in clarity, alignment, and personal empowerment. Due to the nature of our work — including digital content, energy healing, and live support — our refund policies are designed to honor the energetic container, our time, and your commitment.Please review the following refund guidelines carefully.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Toolkits, Activations, Templates, Automations, Courses, etc.)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate access provided to downloadable content and resources, we do not offer refunds for these purchases. We encourage you to read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing and reach out to [email protected] with any questions beforehand.

1:1 Coaching Sessions (Single or Packages)

Coaching sessions require energetic commitment and preparation on both sides. For that reason:

Refunds are not offered once a session has been completed.If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Group Programs, Workshops & Memberships

Due to the energetic space held and instant access to materials:

No refunds are offered once the program begins (including live workshops or cohort-based courses). Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Please review all program details prior to enrolling. If you have questions, feel free to email us before purchase.

Live Events (Virtual or In-Person)

Tickets to live events are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least 48 hours before the event. If the event is canceled by Lach Coaching LLC for any reason, a full refund or credit will be issued.
